What currency are the prices on the site?
The default currency is Euros, but you can change the currency in the top right hand corner of the home page.

I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please refer to our Shipping Policy on the home page of this website where shipping and delivery times are detailed.

Can I cancel my order?
As all of our products are made to order for you, it is not possible to cancel an order once it has been processed.

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have misspelled or auto filled an incorrect address, send us an email to hello@blinkcasesofficial.com, quoting your name and order number. Please note that we can only change details within 24 hours after the order has been made. 

What materials are used to make your phone cases?

At blink, we only produce tough cases for your phone which feature a dual-layer design for ultimate protection. The TPU inner layer provides shock absorption and prevents your phone from getting scratched. The strong polycarbonate 'tough' outer shell provides maximum protection.

Do your cases provide sufficient protection for the phone's camera?

At blink, our phone cases have a raised bezel around the camera, which ensures that the camera does not come in contact with flat surfaces when the phone is placed on its back. 

What is your returns policy?

I've ordered the wrong item. What can I do?

Please contact us immediately at hello@blinkcasesofficial.com. As all of our cases are made to order, we can only change your order if it has not yet entered production.

Absolutely! Please send us an email to hello@blinkcasesofficial.com and we will be happy to assist you in any way we can. We do receive a large number of emails, therefore, if you wish to get a prompt response please quote your name and order number and outline the query clearly and we will respond as soon as possible.
