Returns Policy

Here at blink, we put our customers first and we endeavour to provide high quality products and excellent customer service at all times. 

 Based on Directive 97/7/EC of the European Parliament and Council from 20 May 1997, which focuses on consumer protection in distance contracts, buyers are not entitled to cancel contracts for goods that are custom-made according to their specific instructions or distinctly personalised.

If, in the event that, you receive an item which is not what you had ordered or is faulty and you wish to return it, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the order at @blinkcasesofficial.com. Please take photos of the product highlighting the defect or error and attach them to your initial email. Please ensure that the product is unused and in its original packaging when you return it. Also, please label the package as “RETURNED ITEM” to avoid any confusion.

PLEASE NOTE that all of our products are made to order and cannot be exchanged or refunded unless the product is defective, doesn’t meet your specified requirements, or was damaged in transit.

In order for us to process a refund or replacement of the item, we must receive an email detailing the problem as outlined above. If an item is sent back to us at blink without contacting us first by email, unfortunately a refund or replacement cannot be considered.

In the event where a refund is appropriate, refunds for returned items will be issued by the original payment method used when placing your order.

Please note that all of the shipping expenses for returned items remain the responsibility of the customer.
